Detailed Instructions for Graduates for Enrollment

Resistration Workflow
  1. Please refer to the detailed notification.
  2. Application Form for registration as a registered graduate and enrolling your name in electoral roll is available only online.
  3. If you have registered earlier i.e. in the years 2000 & 2005, search your name as appeared on the degree certificate by faculty, else proceed directly for filling online form.
  4. Fill up all your information online properly.
  5. After filling up online form, please check the information given and then click submit.
  6. No request shall be entertained for change in any details once the application is submitted online.
  7. Download the application form and print it on A4 Size paper only.
  8. Database record plus printed hard copy generated by the system will only be used for verification of application. Mere computer generated hard copy will not be valid for registration. Submission of the printed hard copy of the Application Form is compulsory.
  9. On downloading the form you will get a PDF of three pages, first page consists of Application Form, second page consists of undertaking, signature and the third page consists of receipt cum acknowledgment slip.
  10. Paste your latest passport size photograph on the application form and attach the attested xerox copy of Bachelor's Degree Certificate along with it.
  11. Submit the application form along with the necessary papers at any one of the centers authorised by the university. for list refer below:

  12. Pay Rs. 12/- in cash at the collecting center along with the application form and obtain an acknowledgment slip from there.
  13. The last date for submission of form online is 17th March, 2010 upto 12:00 Noon.
  14. The last date for submission of printed form to the collection center is 17th March, 2010 upto 03:00 PM.
  15. Final registration and enrolment of name in Electoral Roll will be done by the University office after verification of documents by the University.

  17. Inconsistency of data regarding earlier registration like Name, Address, etc. will be resolved by university office on written application along-with necessary proofs.
  18. Incomplete form will be summarily rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be made or entertain by the University.

This online system is compatible with JavaScript enabled browsers like IE7.0+, Firefox 2.0+, and Google Chrome 3.0+ on windows platform, Inappropriate rendering of pages due to non compatiblity issues of browsers other than mentioned and due to slow Internet connection speed, will not be the responsiblity of the university.
  2. Any difficulty regarding printer setup or printing the form from PDF will not be the responsibility of the University.

  4. Make sure that before downloading PDF file you disable all the Download Accelators Like DAP, Orbit etc.
