1. Development of Nuclear and Radiation Chemistry Laboratory at Chemistry Department as well as of School of Environmental Sciences, University of Pune (1972 onwards).

2. Designed several experiments in Nuclear and Radiation Chemistry for Under-graduate and Post-graduate students in the jurisdiction of Pune University [1969-1990].

3. Delivered several popular lectures to popularise Nuclear Science at various Under-graduate & Post-graduate Colleges under the jurisdiction of University of Pune, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Institute of Science, Mumbai, Karnataka University, Dharwad and several places during the last 30 years (1971 onwards).

4. Initiated a new line of research in the area of Nuclear Radiation Chemistry and Radio Chemistry at the Dept. of Chemistry, University of Pune on the research areas : Hot Atom Chemistry, Radio-chemistry of Solutions, Radio-chemistry of Solids and Effects of Radiations thereon, Colour Sensors in Solids [Halides], Luminescence in Halides, Diffusion in using Labelled Isotopes, Diffusion in Solids and Conducting Polymers.

5. Development of Syllabi and Examination-Reforms for graduate and post-graduate courses in Chemistry.

6. Delivered a number of lectures on Radiation and Radio Chemistry at Space Research Centre (Trivandrum), CIME (Pune), National Workshops, UGC Refresher Courses, Shivaji University, Number of colleges in Pune University as well as Cambridge and Manchester University, (UK), Bremen Universiy, (Germany).
