  • UPSA (Past Students Association): Our alumni have established UDCT Past Students Association (UPSA) in the year 2000. UPSA has been registered at the Office of Charitable Commissioner, Jalgaon in the year 2004 vide registration number F/6815. The alumni meet is organized every year to facilitate interaction on regular basis. Six annual meets of past students (Jan 06, 2002-Jalgaon; Jan 26, 2003-Jalgaon; Feb. 27, 2004-Jalgaon; Dec.11, 2005-Thane; Jan. 07, 2007-Pune, Jan 06, 2008- Nashik) and Feb.20, 2011 at NMU, Jalgaon have been organised.

  • SOCIOCULTURAL ACTIVITIES: Department celebrates teachers day ( 5th Sep.), Engineers day ( 15 th Sep. ), and National Youth Day ( 12th Jan), every year through organization of various events. Interactive lectures of eminent personalities are also arranged. The department regularly publishes newsletter every six month for free circulation. It covers periodic activities of staff and students. Students regularly participate in Blood Donation as a part of NSS activity. They offer Shramdan to undertake plantation, rainwater harvesting through construction of percolation tanks etc. Our department has been playing host to an annual inter collegiate function called "OPEN HOUSE" organized from 24-28 February of every year for celebration of National Science Day, since 1996. The main attraction of this function is ?Personality Contest?. It involves clashes of personalities based on communication skill, general awareness, logical aptitude, reaction to odd circumstances etc. for the title of Mr. & Miss OPEN HOUSE. The other events include popular lectures, Science and Technology Exhibition, Magic Show, creative writing, Elocution, GK Quiz, Photographic Exhibition, Kavi Sammelan, Fashion Parade, Cultural Events etc. The function has become the most sought after and popular event and has received sponsorship and support from many eminent establishments in and around Jalgaon. The celebration evokes students in overall development of their personality.
